Flax seed bread works great as a hamburger bun!

For this bread you need:


- 1 beaten egg

- 1 TBSP butter (or coconut oil) melted

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds (for a rye like flavor)

- 4 TBSP flax seed meal, any type.

- A pinch of salt. Mix everything. Microwave in a mug or microwave safe small bowl. 2 minutes. Flip it over, done! Slice and enjoy! It's that simple.
