Zucchini fries recipe

Craving french fries? Try these keto baked ones instead. Zucchini fries are a great substitute for those craving french fries! Follow these simple steps.


1. Pre-heat over at 350

2. Make sure the zucchini is at room temperature. Cut it in rectangles.

3. Soak them in egg.

4. "Bread" them with a mix of geated parmesan and Italian herbs seasoning.

5. Place the zucchini on a lined cooking tray.

6. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip them. Cook for 15 more minutes.

7. Enjoy warm with sour cream!
